Last month, in Office Instruction No. 2 of 2017,the Hon. Chief Justice provided for the management of the Judicial Training Institute formerly Judicial Studies Institute.
According to the instrument, the Institute will be responsible for management of the training funds and all funds appropriated to the Institute through donation and fees. The JTI will be supervised by the Governing Council headed by a Justice of the Supreme Court.
